Our friends from Zushi, formerly known as Zoo Digital Publishing, have announced the upcoming release of three jigsaw-titles for Nintendo DS and DSi: Jig-a-Pix.


Jigsaws are the latest craze to hit the DS & DSi! Sit back and relax with three themed Jig-a-Pix versions in Winter 09. The launch versions of the brand cover Wild World, Wonderful World and Pets. Each themed pack contains over 80 stunning images that can be played in both single and multiplayer modes. Each image can be played in multiple difficultly levels to suit the casual and the more adventurous gamer, giving players of all abilities hours of fun. There is even a challenge mode for the more hardcore puzzler.

Not just a Jigsaw, Jig-a-Pix offers bonus mini games including Spot the Difference, Sliding Blocks and Slices. Furthermore, for all DSi owners as well the fantastic pre-loaded images Jig-a-Pix lets you create your own pictures, utilizing the new DSi Camera feature! You can now take a picture of absolutely anything, and Jig-a-Pix will then create a jigsaw of your picture. This gives you endless opportunities of creating your own puzzles from the pictures you take.

The three versions of Jig-a-Pix involve:

• Wild World - There are 1000's of wild animals in the World. In Jig-a-Pix Wild World you will find some of the wildest. From the bottom of the ocean, across the vast African plains, to the deepest tropical jungles, take a walk on the 'wild side' and don't forget your DS!
• Wonderful World - The World is a wonderful place. Uncover some of the most spectacular imagery and visit places you could only dream of. Puzzle your way around the World, it may just take more than 80 days!
• Pets - complete jigsaw puzzles of some of the best know pets and some lesser known ones too! From cats to cockatoos, guinea pigs to goldfish, horses to hamsters, this pet edition will contain something for everyone
