OKAMI SET FOR DS

According to our colleagues at industry giant IGN, Okami is heading for Nintendo DS.

Industry giant IGN.com is reporting that the Japanese magazine Famitsu has confirmed the existance of Okamiden: Chisaki Taiyou (or: Okami) for Nintendo DS. According to the story, Okami for DS features a new wolf character, named Chibiterasu, which happens to be a small version of Okami's main character Amaterasu, in a follow-up on the PlayStation 2 original.

So excited to hear more about this at TGS seeing as I loved Okami, still do and rate it probably higher than Twilight Princess. The scans of the Famitsu magazine are doing the round and it really does look fantastic. And that's with screenshots so it'll look even better in motion. Chibiterasu, though, looks disgustingly cute in the concept art though.
