Do you "Feel the Magic"?

I sure felt the magic and I have played many dating sims in my day, but nothing like this. Feel the Magic: XY/XX is a strange and humorous date sim/mini game handler. At first glance I was amazed at the wonderful and unique style, and once I started playing I couldn't stop. This was the first game I bought for my Nintendo DS console and it was worth every American dollar.

The tastiest part of this game is the fun factor of the mini-games. The whole game basically consists of strange and unusual mini-games, like blowing candles out and getting into a ball rolling across the busy street to hit a group of people (like normal bowling). All the games are addictive and it was more fun the harder the games got, unlike most games out there today. I swear this one has the weirdest boss battle in any game in existence.

The only bad part about this game is the short time span; I beat the original story mode in two days time, not trying really hard. Although, you will keep playing the levels over and over again for addictive fun, so there is a decent replay value for it - not to mention the lust for trying to unlock special outfits for your lady. I expect a sequel or an all-new version of this game in the future, and I will be sure to purchase it. Keep focused children!
I recommend that you select an additional game when purchasing this for the simple fact of game length.

Here is my overall evaluation based on 1-10 intervals.

Difficulty:
For an avid gamer this game should be a piece of cake, although there are some mini-games, which are too tough sometimes. This may be moderately hard for beginning gamers.
???Rating: 5

Graphics:
The style of this game is purely genius and the 3d models are very well done even though they are black silhouettes. You can see the girl?s body features including eyelashes, simply beautifully laid out.
???Rating: 9

Sound/Music:
The soundtrack in Feel the Magic: XY/XX is top notch in terms of sound quality and composition. There are a lot of remixes of the same song though but it suits the feel of the whole game, directed at a certain situation as in remixes for happy scenes, love scenes, action scenes etc.
???Rating: 10

Controls:
The usage of the controls is probably the most amazing part of this game. The game utilizes practically everything the Nintendo DS has to offer; touch screen, voice control and even blowing? Yes blowing at your Nintendo DS. You rarely have to use your A B X and Y buttons though. (Big deal)
???Rating: 10

Replay Value:
The quest to unlock items seems to be a drive to play the game multiple times through, even after you beat the game you have all those addictive mini-games to contend with.
???Rating: 7

Overal rating: 8.1
Hmm, about time to play it.
